Brief Description: King John's Palace was once a coaching inn and has now been converted into a house. The building dates to the 16th century and it is claimed that it was once used as a school.

Full Description: King John's Palace is a grade II listed building, with a painted rendered front and a tall central arched carriageway which would allow horses to be stabled at the back of the inn. The building is jettied out at first floor level, with a plain tiled roof and dormer windows to the second floor.
