Full Description: Photograph showing the front of Turners Nursery building at no. 179 High Street in about 1910 with the façade covered with wysteria. The wysteria was cut down in 1932. In 1899 Charles Turner's are listed as Nurserymen, Seedsmen & Florists with Royal Nursery added. By 1938 new owners are listed as R A Dunn seedsman and Brown & Such nurserymen. In 1954 there is mention of a Charles Turner, florist at Windsor House, High Street.
