You have missed out an important
part of Maxwell ( Mrs Phillip's story).
She lived for many years, in Blackwood,
South Wales
and was my mother's neighbour.
I was born in 1949 and Mrs Phillips
Lived next door until the death of her
Mother, when she moved back to Slough.
Her husband was a teacher in the grammar
School at Pontllanfraith.. He was also a
Druid and a Bard in the National
Eisteddford..I remember when she
was on the BBC news - live from
Her front garden! We had to stop our dog
barking!!! She wrote in the front room of her
House. I used to see her there every day,
tapping away at her typewriter.
