Full Description: This appears to be an early nineteenth century building with slate pitched roof and painted brick and render walls.The Red Lion appears to have been supplied with beer brewed by Noakes & Co Ltd. The caption also states that the couple standing in front were Mr. & Mrs. Moram.
The caption on the photograph states that the name had been changed to The Gurkha. |
